Sometimes, there really are true talents out there who can be discovered. That was true about Christina Grimmie. A star was born out of YouTube. Astonishingly, back to her teenage years she collaborated with Sam Tsui to cover the popular Nelly hit track “Just A Dream.”
Hard to fathom that this was made back in 2010. It sure explains a lot about Grimmie’s remarkable work. A perfect voice that was heard throughout America on The Voice. It’s still devastating that at only 22, her life was cut short. She was living out the dream performing in concerts. Why did it happen in Orlando when she was two more shows away from finishing a tour with Before You Exit? It remains a hard question to answer.
Why did 49 more people have to die in such an awful shooting a night later at Pulse nightclub in Orlando? It really breaks your heart. What the media should do is not discuss the dead murderer who was a ticking time bomb. Ditto for the loser who killed Grimmie and then committed suicide after being tackled by her brother Marcus. There are no words.
Let’s remember all the lives lost.
